I was quite nervous about buying something so important online, but the satin feels incredibly soft against the skin and the lace detailing is just gorgeous. I spent ages walking around my hallway checking if it would be comfortable enough for a whole event of moving about, and it genuinely is. It has a nice weight to it without being overly heavy or restrictive. The material doesn't look cheap at all, which is brilliant considering the price. It flows beautifully when I walk. Absolutely brilliant find.

I tried this on in the lounge with my mum and honestly it fits like a glove. The sweetheart neckline sits perfectly without digging in, which was my biggest worry. I went by the size chart provided and it’s spot on. The detachable sleeves are a lovely touch, giving me two looks for the event. It feels quite secure and supportive around the bust. Really chuffed with how it looks on me.

Practising our first dance in the living room made me realise the court train is quite long and a bit tricky to manage when spinning around. I might need to get a bustle added so I don't trip over it later on. Aside from that practical bit, the A-line shape is incredibly flattering and the overall style is exactly what I had in mind. It gives that classic, elegant vibe perfectly.

My mate who does a bit of sewing had a proper look at the stitching and she was well impressed. The lace applique is attached really neatly and there are no loose threads hanging about. It feels very well made and sturdy.
