I picked this up for my daughter's sweet sixteen photo shoot. She wanted something dramatic and sparkly, and this delivered. The way the skirt flares out makes for amazing pictures. We did have to pin the straps slightly because she has narrow shoulders, but that was an easy fix. The quality is decent for a party dress, and she said she felt comfortable moving around in it for hours. It held up well through multiple location changes and getting in and out of the car.
