I wore it for our engagement photos because I wanted that dramatic, flowing look. It’s a really solid dress if you want that Hollywood mermaid look on a budget.

The train is just long enough to look dramatic but short enough that I didn't strictly need a bustle.

One thing to note is that the zipper was a little sticky at the waist, but some wax fixed it. It’s a very classic style, so I jazzed it up with a sparkly belt and a veil, and it looked like a million bucks.

This dress was a backup option for me, but I ended up loving it more than my original choice. We did a unplanned Vegas wedding, and this was easy to pack and didn't require a ton of steaming. It’s stretchy, so sitting in the car and walking down the strip was no problem. The silhouette is sexy without being too revealing. It’s definitely a simple dress, so if you want tons of drama, this might not be it, but for a sleek, modern look, it totally works. I felt beautiful in it.

Got this for a vow renewal ceremony we did in our backyard with just close family. I didn't want to spend thousands on a dress I'd wear for two hours. This dress felt special but appropriate for the setting. The stretch in the fabric is the real MVP here; I have gained a little weight since my original wedding, and this made me feel confident and comfortable. It’s a bit plain on its own, so I added a floral sash which really made it pop. A great blank canvas to accessorize however you want.
