The elastic satin is surprisingly forgiving. I ordered the navy blue, and it has a beautiful sheen to it without looking cheap. The high split makes walking much easier than I expected for a floor-length gown. Good purchase overall.

Beautiful gown, but definitely pay attention to the size chart! I had to size up for my hips. The champagne color is stunning in person. I did have to get the hem taken up a couple of inches because I'm 5'2", but my tailor said the fabric was super easy to work with. The slit adds just the right amount of sass.
