The stitching is mostly very neat, though I did find one loose thread near the zip. Snapped it off and it was fine. The bow at the back is a lovely feature, but you have to be careful not to catch it on anything.

As someone who is quite petite, finding a column dress that doesn't swamp me is a proper nightmare. This one skims the hips perfectly and gives a lovely shape without needing any alterations. The fabric has a nice weight to it, making it hang just right. I felt incredibly confident wearing it to a charity gala.

If you are between sizes, I would definitely recommend sizing up just to be on the safe side. Otherwise, it is a cracking dress for a formal do.
