I accidentally ordered the wrong size initially. I contacted their customer support team and they sorted out an exchange for me straight away with no fuss whatsoever. The replacement fits like a glove. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that actually cares about getting things right for the buyer.

Quite a nice gown overall. The style is very classic. I will say the colour is a tiny bit darker in person than it looked on my computer screen. Still a very pretty shade that suits me well.

The dress itself is lovely, but the delivery took a bit longer than I expected. It arrived in a standard plastic mailing bag which meant it needed a good steam to get the creases out of the chiffon. Once ironed, it looked smashing. Good dress, just wish the packaging was a bit more protective.

Wore this to a formal evening do and lost count of how many compliments I received. The V-neck is flattering without being too revealing. Absolutely brilliant purchase.

The fit on this dress is spot on. Measurements on the size chart were incredibly accurate.
