Overall a pretty good experience. I had some questions about the fabric before ordering and customer service was helpful. The dress itself is lovely and the elastic satin really does make a difference for moving around. The lace is soft, not itchy at all, which was my biggest fear. I am giving it a good rating because the dress is stunning, even though the zipper was a little stiff at first. After running some wax over it, it works totally fine. Very happy with my purchase.

The packaging was really neat and it arrived in perfect condition. The workmanship is solid, no loose threads or anything. It is a beautiful mermaid style, though I will say the train is a bit longer than I pictured. Still, it drapes beautifully.
