Those short sleeves are everything! I hate going sleeveless so finding a formal dress with cute sleeves that do not look frumpy is a miracle.

Overall a pretty decent dress for the price. The material is nice and flowy. My only issue is that it is super long on me. I am pretty short so I definitely have to get it hemmed before the event. Other than that it fits okay around the waist. 🤷♀️
