We bought a few of these for our local community theater play and they are actually really decent quality for the price. The hoop part is flexible enough that the actresses can sit down without the whole skirt flying up in their faces. It adds a really nice volume to the period costumes we are using. I might need to grab another one soon. 🎭

Used this under a vintage gown for a Halloween party. It did the job and stayed up all night long.
