I took this on my vacation to Florida because I wanted something light for the hot weather. It is actually really breathable just like they claimed. I wore it under a sundress to a nice dinner and did not sweat to death which is a huge plus for me. The compression is more on the medium side, so do not expect a miracle, but it smooths things nicely.

Provides a nice gentle hug for my stomach. I like wearing it under my leggings when I go out walking.

Got this specifically for a holiday party where I knew I would be taking a ton of photos. It definitely helped flatten my lower belly area and made my dress look much better. The fabric is soft and stretchy but still holds you in. My only minor complaint is getting it on takes a minute of wiggling, but once it is up it stays right where it needs to be.
