I bought this for my daughter's prom, and she looked like a princess. We were looking for something modest yet stylish, and the 3/4 sleeves were exactly what she wanted. The sweep train added just the right amount of drama for her photos. The sizing chart was pretty accurate, though we did have to take it in slightly at the waist. The material is shiny and smooth, not scratchy at all. She was comfortable sitting and eating in it, which was a huge plus for us.

I’d recommend wearing seamless shapewear underneath just because the satin can show lines, but otherwise, it’s a beautiful, classic dress that requires very minimal accessorizing to look put together.

I was worried the off-the-shoulder neckline would be annoying, but it sat perfectly on my collarbones. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is that the zipper was a little stiff at first, but after working it up and down a few times, it was fine. Definitely a great value for the price.

The satin has a lovely sheen to it under the venue lights. I particularly love the back view; it looks very sophisticated. My only minor gripe is that the arm movement is a little restricted because of the off-the-shoulder cut, so don't expect to be doing crazy dance moves, but for socializing and slow dancing, it's absolutely perfect.
