The outfit itself is quite nice and the lace feels decent enough. However, the trousers were far too long for me. I am only five foot two, so I had to take them to a local tailor to get them taken up. Once altered, it looked smashing, but just bear the leg length in mind if you are on the shorter side.

The chiffon fabric is incredibly soft and lightweight. It does not feel scratchy at all, which I sometimes find with lace overlays. Really pleased with the overall texture.

I was worried about how to clean it after spilling a tiny drop of wine down the front. Hand washed it gently in the sink and it came out looking brand new. Did not lose its shape or shrink at all.
