The fabric is soft
I bought this open back cowl neck evening dress for a formal event and it was okay. The fabric is soft, and the design is quite nice. I thought the open back added a stylish touch. On the downside, the dress runs a bit small so I would suggest to order a size up. Also, the color was a little duller than it looked on the website. Not a major issue, but something to bear in mind. Overall, it's a decent dress for the price.
